Kursus ini membincangkan secara terperinci konsep kecerdasan dalam satu sistem cerdas. Konsep asas system cerdas seperti pembelajaran, perwakilan, gelintaran penaakulan dan pembuat keputusan akan diajar. Kaedah-kaedah menguruskan ketidaktentuan juga turut dirangkumi. . Kursus ini pada awalnya akan membincangkan kecerdasan manusia serta latar belakang falsafah kecerdasan buatan klasik dan biologikal. Teori asas pengetahuan, teknik pewakilan, penaakulan dan pentabiran pengetahuan turut dibincangkan. Konsep ruang keadaan dan teknik gelintaran ruang

merangkumi bidang penglihatan mesin, pemprosesan bahasa tabii, logik, gelintaran, perancangan, pembelajaran mesin, perlombongan data dan agen cerdas.
This course discusses in detail the concept of intelligence in a system that is capable of learning and making intelligent reasoning and processing of uncertainty. This course will initially discuss human intelligence and artificial intelligence background of classical philosophy and biological. Basic theoretical knowledge, learning, technical representation, reasoning and inference of knowledge was also discussed. The concept of space and state space search techniques in artificial intelligence problem solving are also detailed. Among the issues to be discussed in this course include philosophical issues, knowledge representation, uncertainty and computing as well as the suitable problem solving approach. This course also describes the approach and methods based on AI that has been implemented in many field such as vision, natural language processing, logic, search, planning, machine learning, data mining and intelligent
agents.
