This module focuses on knowledge and skill to prepare the assistant medical officers (AMO) to provide the best treatment for sick and injured children in the field and emergency department. The module will be conducted via a series of lectures, tutorials, scenario-based learnings, and clinical posting. Throughout the module, students will be assessed via a continuous assessment from the logbook (5%), tutorial presentations (15%), and case write up (20%). The final exam constitutes 60% of the mark.
