DIGITAL ELECTRONICS

In this course, the students are exposed to code and numerical system, combinational logic elements and sequential basics. Output equation generation and truth table that are used for realization purpose using design minimization technique and cost are also emphasized. Students are also exposed to sequences in flip-flop systems and problem solving teachniques through Mealy and Moore machine designs and their implementation using flip-flops. In addition, exposure on VerilogHDL programming and its use for state machine design are also put into emphasis.
