RADIATION AND RADIOACTIVITY LABORATORY
This laboratory course involves: Safety in nuclear science laboratory, introductory electronics for counters and nuclear detectors, NaI(Tl) crystal spectrometer, nuclear radiation detection system, voltage determination of Geiger Muller counter, statistics of counting, discrimination time of Geiger Muller counter, gamma-ray spectroscopy using NaI(Tl) detector and multichannel analysis using hyper pure germanium detector and Backscattering of beta radiation.
